Him: Oh great! I’ll add it to my phone.

Me: Awesome.

Him: How’s your first day?

Me: Great! It’s great. I’m so happy to be working again.

Him: Your voice is kind of weird right now.

Me: Is it?

Him: Yeah, is this your work voice?

Me: I don’t think so.

Him: I’ve never heard this voice before.

Me: Oh, I’m just being quiet because there’s lots of people around.

Him: Ah, so this is your quiet voice.

Me: Yes.

Him: Well then it makes sense that I’ve never heard it before.
