   I’ve made cupcakes from the book “Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World.” We made them all organic and they were DELICIOUS!!! I’m not vegan, so the ingredients were a little weird to me, but they were SO good.

   And I was all hoping that there was some magnificent cupcake store in NY. I was going to hop on a train this afternoon.

   Okay, not really but I LOVE the cupcake recipes in that book and bake them all the time.

   There is indeed a magnificent cupcakery in this fine city and though many would argue and say it is the famous Magnolia Bakery, I will have to HEARTILY disagree. I’m in love with sugar Sweet sunshine on the Lower East Side. Sadly, not vegan, but oh so delicious.
